The August 12 Book Launch for The More Things Change at the Grand Village at Clear Creek went off with great success, thanks to the efforts of Grand Village staff and Writers’ Guild members.
Attendance was such that Maeve ran out of copies of The More Things Change. Fortunately, there are plenty more available online at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Both paperback and ebook editions are available.

The novel
Maeve spoke briefly about 
the early fifth-century setting of The More Things Change and of the religious and social upheavals of the times. Attendees who had already read the novel provided interesting comments and questions.
Readers observed that the issues roiling the characters in the novel reflect similar conflicts in the news all these centuries later, such as class, religion, and immigration.
